TUESDAY, May 20 - STUDENT ORIENTATION
10:00am – 12:00pm General Meeting – Oakwood North Clubhouse
-Introduction to Program -Living in LA & the Oakwood Apts.
-Getting around Los Angeles -General Information

12:00pm – 12:45pm Lunch & Meeting w/Oakwood Representatives – North Clubhouse

1:30pm – 3:30pm Internship Session/ – James B. Pendleton Center
LA Orientation

3:30pm – 4:15pm Sexual Harassment Training - Red Classroom
*REQUIRED for all students who have not attended sexual harassment training at Ithaca College.

WEDNESDAY, May 21 – Freebie Night!
6:30pm-8:30pm Pizza, ice cream, free t-shirts, LA info, raffle for super LA prizes!

THURSDAY, MAY 22 – According to Jim Taping (optional)
4:15pm Meet at Oakwood North Clubhouse
4:45pm – 9:30pm Check-in; taping at CBS Radford Studio
1. You MUST bring a legal photo I.D.
2. Leave ALL electronics in your car at CBS.
3. NO backpacks or large bags will be allowed. Small purses are permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SATURDAY, MAY 24 – BAR-B-Q (North Clubhouse)
5:00pm – 7:00pm Join the RAs for our first BBQ of the semester
at the Oakwood North Clubhouse

SUNDAY, MAY 25 – LA Dodgers Game!
1:10pm game time Dodgers vs. St. Louis Cardinals! Free for ICLA Summer Students!

SUNDAY, JUNE 1 – UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
10:15am TRIP TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and SEMESTER PHOTO

Meet at the Universal Studios Revolving Globe in front of the main entrance to the theme park at 10:15am. We will enter the park together as a group at 10:30am sharp! Once we enter the park, we will be taking a group picture for our photo wall. CARPOOL! Parking is $10.00! Please give yourself plenty of time to park your car and meet the group on time (and remember where you parked).
